Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Investment and Product Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing investment product and vendor relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products to our advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with advisors who request approvals for new investment products. Provide initial diligence information to Investment Product Due Diligence Committee. Oversee ongoing diligence of approved investment products. Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and align with market demands.
Work with advisors who request approvals for new technology products. Gather initial diligence information as a member of the Vendor Due Diligence Committee. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors. Facilitate contract negotiation, monitor performance, lead implementations, and ensure compliance with agreements.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new investments and technology. Provide strategic insights to guide investment product and vendor selection.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including financial advisors, marketing, compliance, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of products.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with products and vendor relationships. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
Track the performance of investment products and vendors. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Address advisor inquiries and concerns related to investment products and vendor services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Assist with branch examination program
Additional compliance projects as assigned

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail/data organization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Collaborative mentality; strong team orientation
