Job description

A successful financial practice affiliated with Stratos Wealth Partners is seeking a key player to join the team. A successful training and mentoring program will help our newest hire become an integral team member as a Client Services Manager with a focus on providing trading and financial planning assistance to our advisors as well as paraplanning support to our team of advisors. This position demands a detail-oriented personality and a desire to work with current and prospective clients in developing their personal financial plans.

 

This position will initially focus on learning the administration and mechanics of the Practice, including intensive training to learn portfolio trading. The Candidate must be fully licensed for the Securities Industry. The required licenses include: FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and SIE (the “Required Licenses”).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop competency in the Practice Technology including Account Registration, Account Transfers, and other administrative tasks, including accepting incoming calls and making outgoing calls to current and prospective clients.

  • Specifically, develop specialized competency in the financial planning software, which is the backbone of service to our clients.

  • Participate in client meetings with Financial Advisors in the office.

  • Handle Client Servicing

  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's financial situation to help create and deliver a suitable strategy based upon the firm’s investment philosophy.

  • Analyze asset allocation and generate rebalancing trades.

Securities offered through LPL Financial, member FINRA/SIPC. Investment advice offered through Stratos Wealth Partners, Ltd., a registered investment advisor and a separate entity from LPL Financial.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Job requirements

  • FINRA Series 7, Series 66, and SIE.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

  • Comfortability making and answering phone calls.

  • Positive attitude with the ability to effectively manage change and adapt in a continual and rapidly changing environment.
