Client Services Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting high-net-worth clients with concierge-level service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their financial objectives and preferences, and providing service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a supportive, productive, and client-focused work environment.
- Proactively listen to clients and identify opportunities to add value to their experience, ensuring a pleasant interaction at every touchpoint.
- Manage client onboarding processes with precision, ensuring a smooth transition and a seamless experience for new clients.
- Execute client-directed trades with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor client satisfaction, proactively gathering feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
- Take initiative in finding innovative solutions for account matters and sensitive client interactions.
- Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy in all client service operations.

Job requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Client Services, working with Financial Advisors
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships with a client-focused, positive attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all client interactions and tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, upbeat demeanor
