Job description

Twenty Four Wealth is looking for a talented Client Service Assistant with 3-5 years experience in the wealth management industry to join our dynamic and growing organization. This individual will be responsible for executing on our client service program including new client onboarding, ongoing client service and daily operational duties with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • B.S/B.A. Degree Preferred

  • 2+ Year’s Financial Services Experience Heavily Preferred

  • Client Service aptitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communicative ability

  • Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills

  • Good time management skills

Job requirements

  • Heavy calendar management and scheduling

  • Perform office operations including answering phones, confirming and preparing advisors for their meetings, greeting clients and screening calls

  • Handle routine client service requests, resolve inquiries efficiently and effectively to completion. Understand our escalation process and apply when appropriate

  • Input data into CRM (Salesforce) and ensure accuracy of the information

  • Coordinate with LPL Financial and other custodians and strategic partners on client account maintenance and reporting

  • Contribute to the development and execution of client service standards resulting in client retention and satisfaction

  • Book travel

  • Handle various personal duties as needed

  • Knowledge of LPL, Schwab and/or Fidelity custodial platforms preferred
